Don -- all resolutions pass at AGM

Shareholders were advised that, at the annual general meeting of Don all the resolutions as set out in the notice of annual general meeting were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolutions will be lodged for registration at the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission where applicable.
