Wind Power in Kenya with Carlos Van Wagenigen

The Lake Turkana Wind Power Project in Kenya aims to provide 300 MegaWatts of reliable, low cost wind power to the country's national grid. This equates to approximately 20 percent of the current installed electricity generating capacity.

ABN's Alishia Seckam crossed to Nairobi to chat to Carlos Van Wagenigen, Chairman of the Lake Turkana Wind Power Project about the project and how green energy will fuel economy.
