Petmin Transaction with Red Crescent Resources

Petmin has successfully entered into a transaction with Red Crescent Resources. RCR is a mineral exploration and development company focused on base metals development in Turkey. Petmin will invest 17 million Canadian dollars in RCR's Sivas Copper Project over a period of three and half years.
