Budget 2012 Predictions with Andrew Wellsted

Next week Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan will deliver his 2012 Budget Speech in which new tax laws will be set out for the year ahead. ABN will be covering the Minister's Speech extensively on the day.

However, in order to make a few predictions about what will come out of the Budget Day speech, we are joined in studio by Andrew Wellsted, Head of Tax at Norton Rose South Africa.
