Open Road Tolling Debate on Gauteng’s Freeways

The South African National Road Agency Limited is soon to implement an open-road tolling system on Gauteng's freeways. Due to public outcry the tariffs have been revised a number of times and still no agreement has been made. Almost 90% of freight in the province is moved by road, so just how is the toll system going to impact commercial vehicle operators?
