Currently, new vehicles in South Africa need only comply with Euro 2 emission standards. Europe is moving towards Euro 6. The technology debate is on-going. Does Africa have the infrastructure in place to go greener?

It's all very well to create a Euro 3 or Euro 4 compliant vehicle, but when will operators have access to that quality of fuel?
