Katzy’s in Rosebank played host to the launch of the first international bookmakers in South Africa. Victor Chandler is a 3rd generation Bookmaker or bookie as he is known back home in the UK. He took over from his father at the age of 22. Victor has seen it all from the early betting days of telephones and betting shops to the revolution of the internet.
