Shares of Simmer and Jack SIMJ.J rise 1.1 percent to 9 rand after the South African miner says it will sell its TGME unit for 25 million rand ($3.5 million) to help pay down debt and as it focuses on its recently acquired Tau Lekoa mine.
Simmer and Jack says it will sell the unit to Stonewall Mining.
