Investec Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities (HOT EDS)
As a result of the Remgro Limited corporate action, Remgro will, subject to the
fulfillment of the condition precedent set out in their announcement made on the
21 June 2010, Remgro will unbundle the Trans Hex shares to shareholders in the
ratio of 0.0585 Trans Hex shares for every 1 Remgro ordinary shares held on the
record date.
REMIHE will therefore adjust accordingly to leave warrant holders with an
equivalent
Trans Hex stock position as per ratio mentioned above and the REMIHE
position as determined as at close of business Friday 3 September 2010.
Positions below are calculated as at close of business Friday 03 September 2010
For every 1 REMIHE holders will now receive 0.0585 TSX shares.
