UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY                                
Shareholders are hereby advised that an application for the provisional         
winding-up order of Queensgate has been made by Salvobyte (Pty) Limited, out    
of the Western Cape High Court, following the claim of an amount due of R 210   
081.  The application 
will be heard by the Western Cape High Court on 19 March  
2010. It is the intention of the board of Queensgate to oppose such             
application.                                                                    
Further to the SENS announcement of 5 March 2010, shareholders are advised to   
continue to exercise caution in the trading of Queensgate shares on the JSE     
Limited until a further announcement is made.
