With reference to the distribution announcement, the Managers and Trustees of   
SATRIX 40 (STX40) have declared a possible Distribution which shall be announced
on Thursday 15 April 2010, recorded in the books of the company at the close of 
business on or before Friday, 26 March 2010.                                    
The last day 
to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the       
distribution will be Thursday, 18 March 2010.                                   
STXIDD Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Friday,19 March 2010, and the record date will  
be Friday, 26 March 2010.
