PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE STX40 SHARE INSTALMENT    
Notice is hereby given that the proposed distribution declaration amount        
relating to SATRIX 40 (STX40) relating to the Share Instalment Trust will be    
announced on or before Thursday, 15 April 2010.                                 
The last day to trade cum proposed distribution is Thursday, 18 March 2010. The 
share instalment will commence trading ex proposed distribution from Friday, 19 
March 2010 and the record date is Friday, 26 March 2010
