CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr JB Oosthuizen has resigned as non-
executive Chairman of the Group with effect from 11 March 2010. The board wishes
to thank Mr Oosthuizen for his valuable contribution.
Mr VD Mazibuko has been
appointed as non-executive Chairman of the Group with
effect from 11 March 2010.
