APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                           
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,  
the board of directors of AdaptIT hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr      
Mandla Nhlapo has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the
company, with effect from 11 March 2010.                                        
Mandla holds a B.Sc 
Honours in Computer Science from Wits University and has 22 
years experience in the ICT industry, both at an operational and an executive   
level. Mandla is the former Chairman of the board of Accenture (South Africa)   
(Proprietary) Limited ("Accenture"). He joined Accenture 20 years ago rising    
from a systems developer to a director responsible for large systems            
implementations.
