Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard to a
possible
distribution by the ETF to holders of Shariah Top 40 Index securities
for the quarter ending 30 September 2010.

Last day to trade "CUM" distribution: Thursday, 16 September
Securities trade "EX" distribution: Friday, 17 September
Record date: Thursday, 23 September
Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) and the payment date will
be made within 14 business days after the record date.
