Growthpoint upset about lack of opportunities

The Financial Mail noted that Growthpoint CEO Norbert Sasse has expressed some regret that distressed selling of South African property has not occurred as it has in New York and London. In those financial centres prime properties have changed hands at bargain prices. Growthpoint on the other hand, acquired just one R50 million property in the six months to June 2009.
