Intertrading -- AGM result and cautionary renewal

Shareholders are advised that at the AGM held on Thursday, 2 September 2010, all the ordinary and special resolutions set out in the notice of AGM were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolution will be registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
Following the approval by shareholders of the capital distribution of 30 cents per share, shareholders are reminded of the following salient dates as previously announced on 23 July 2010:
*Last day to trade "CUM" the capital distribution Friday, 10 September 2010
*Ordinary shares trade "EX" capital distribution Monday, 13 September 2010
*Record date to participate in the capital distribution Friday, 17 September 2010
*Payment to shareholders in respect of the capital distribution. Monday, 20 September 2010
*No share certificates may be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday, 13 September 2010 and Friday, 17 September 2010 both days inclusive.
Renewal of Cautionary Announcement
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 27 August 2010, and are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their Intertrading shares until a further announcement is made.
