Kenya’s Promulgation of New Constitution

The Kenyan market and banks were closed on Friday in celebration of the promulgation of the country's new constitution. Cheered by hundreds of thousands of jubilant Kenyans waving national flags, President Mwai Kibaki signed in the new constitution, which is expected to overhaul the Kenya's political landscape.
