That's according to a new report released by a group of leading African and international businessmen brought together by the Africa Progress Panel and Concern Universal. The report was prompted by the global economic crisis, and lays out practical-steps for making the most of commercial opportunities. Carina Kamel, our London correspondent, spoke to Richard Harvey, the former CEO of Aviva. He's also the Chair-elect of PZ-Cussons and currently the Advocate for Concern Universal.
