Piracy Concerns in Indian Ocean with Andrews Atta Asamoah

Shippers are worried that improved weather conditions will lead to increased piracy attacks in the Indian Ocean in the coming weeks, raising fears of a sharp rally in prices of imported goods.

Pirate gangs thrive on calm weather conditions which enable them to easily traverse the wide routes especially around the Gulf Aden.
