As Eskom starts raising capital to fund its expansion programme, there's been a bit of an outcry over the preferential rates offered to some of its larger industrial clients. One firm that is set to take on the parastatal is Cape-based packaging firm Bowler Metcalf. CEO of the group Mike Brain joins us now from Cape Town.
Mike, Eskom has a very complex set of tariffs for customers and this is made even more complicated by municipal rates as well. Should all companies be paying the same for electricity?
