Soft commodities
What a big difference the last three quarters have made to commodity prices. There is broad-based price recovery. It should be a matter of interest that currently prices of most commodities - crude, base metals, precious metals, agriculture - are far higher than they were a year ago. Earlier this morning Chris Sturgess, general manager in Commodity Derivatives at the JSE gave Samantha Loring an update on soft commodities.
